Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, in the original packaging, in re-sellable condition. To process your return, please do the following: 

1. Contact us by email to request pre-authorization for your return. 

2. Once authorized, please mail your item to the following address:

3. Be sure to include a copy of the original invoice/receipt in the return package, with the return item(s) clearly marked on the receipt that you are returning. 

4. The customer is responsible for the return package costs; we are not liable if any return items are damaged or lost in transit. We recommend you purchase tracking service on your return package, and you may also want to insure the return package. 

5. Once we receive the return package, we will refund the cost of the items. We do not refund for shipping costs either way.

Fizzy Pops has several options for you to choose from when it comes to shipping. We ship our products worldwide and depending on where you are located there are different options to meet your needs. We do ship to PO boxes and APO addresses, but your options for these will be limited. 

In the shopping cart we have provided you with an option to estimate your shipping costs. Simply enter in your country, and other information and click “Get Shipping Quote” and you will be provided with all of the available options for shipping your order and their associated costs. Choose the method that is best for you, and if you are done shopping click on the “Checkout” link. If you decide to add more products to your cart you can continue to check your estimated shipping costs by clicking on the “Get Shipping Quote” link.

We have found that within the United States, if you have a small order, the United States Postal Service is fairly reliable and your products will arrive within 3-5 business day with First Class Mail, and 2-3 days with Priority Mail. If you have larger orders domestically, or need overnight services FedEx and UPS are also great options. With those services your order will arrive within 1-4 days depending on where you are located. We do also offer overnight services as long as your purchase is paid for before 9:30AM of the day your order will need to be shipped. 

United State Postal Service First Class International service can take up to 3-5 weeks for your products to arrive. If you are willing to wait, this is a more economical method of shipping.
