DIY Fabric Beaded/Teething Binky Clip (Giveaway too!)

How adorable are these models! I love their blue eyes and the sunlight on their sweet faces. These binky clips were surprisingly so simple and quick to put together, under 20 minutes to make - start to finish!

Want to make a few?... let's get started.

Materials Needed:

Step by Step Tutorial:

1. Gather your supplies.

2. Cut your fabric (4.5 inches by the wide of the fat quarter).

3. Fold over fabric and press.

4 & 5. Sew down open edge of the fabric lengthwise (I sewed three times just to make it extra safe to avoid the beads coming out).

6-8. Inside out fabric to make a tube (I use an knitting needle, a pen or pencil would work great too).

9. Iron tube flat.

10. Fold in ends of fabric and insert ribbon loop (pin down to keep ribbon secure).

11. Sew down the end to secure ribbon.

12. Tie a knot.

13. Insert bead.

14 & 15. Tie another knot (repeat process until you have used 5 beads).

16. Fold over remaining end of the tube around the binky clip and sew). All done!

These are great for little boys and little girls. Make a bunch one afternoon. They are perfect baby gifts to have on hand. It is a great way to use up fabric in your scraps stash.
